Job Summary:
We are looking for nurse who plays a crucial role in providing patient care, promoting health, and preventing illness. They work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychological, and social dimensions. Patient Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments, collaborating with healthcare team members and considering patients' preferences and needs. 3 Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. 4 Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor patients' conditions closely, evaluating their responses to treatments and interventions, and adjusting care plans as necessary. 5 Health Education: provide patients and their families with education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care. Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and preferences, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care that aligns with their values and wishes. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions and stabilizing patients until further assistance arrives. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and healthcare delivery processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. SHE MUST BE FROM FILIPHINO OR INDONESIA.
