Job Description

Operations:

  • Manage operational processes, including inventory management, production planning, and customer fulfillment.
  • Streamline operational processes, encompassing inventory control, production planning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage operational aspects, including inventory, production planning, and customer fulfillment.
  • Ensure that sales and operations are in harmony with overall business goals through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Optimize internal processes: Identify inefficiencies in bakery operations and implement improvements to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and quality control.
  • Manage inventory effectively: Maintain optimal stock levels of ingredients and supplies, coordinating timely replenishment to avoid shortages and minimize waste.
  • Ensure product consistency: Oversee production processes to guarantee product quality and adherence to established standards.
  • Schedule and manage staff: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations: Stay abreast of relevant food safety and sanitation regulations and ensure strict adherence within the bakery.
  • Contribute to process improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline bakery operations and workflows.

Sales:

· Proactively generate B2B leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, attending trade shows and networking events, and utilizing effective lead generation tactics.

Develop and nurture relationships: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing B2B clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

· Negotiate and close deals: Effectively present your bakery's offerings, negotiate contracts, and secure profitable agreements that align with company goals.

· Provide ongoing client support: Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.

·       Track and analyze sales data: Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to inform future sales strategies and track progress towards targets.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a robust foundation in sales and operations principles and best practices.
  • Skilled in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide sales representatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement winning sales and operational strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic Laungaues
