Job Description
Operations:
- Manage operational processes, including inventory management, production planning, and customer fulfillment.

- Ensure product consistency: Oversee production processes to guarantee product quality and adherence to established standards.
- Schedule and manage staff: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while adhering to budget constraints.
- Maintain compliance with regulations: Stay abreast of relevant food safety and sanitation regulations and ensure strict adherence within the bakery.
- Contribute to process improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline bakery operations and workflows.
Sales:
· Proactively generate B2B leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, attending trade shows and networking events, and utilizing effective lead generation tactics.
Develop and nurture relationships: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing B2B clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
· Negotiate and close deals: Effectively present your bakery's offerings, negotiate contracts, and secure profitable agreements that align with company goals.
· Provide ongoing client support: Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
· Track and analyze sales data: Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to inform future sales strategies and track progress towards targets.
