Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations in Mecca, SA. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. 3. Track and report on key performance indicators to management. 4. Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to meet company goals. 5. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company standards. 6. Provide support to field operations as needed. 7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
