Job Description: Procurement Specialist

Purpose: The Procurement Specialist will develop strategies and processes for outsourcing services in a real estate management portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities related to service contracts
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Facilitate contract review meetings
• Provide support on national competitive bids
• Offer training on procurement policies
• Manage human resource administration

Qualifications:

• University Degree/College Diploma required
• Experience in real estate or services industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• People management skills
• Arabic language skills preferred
