Job Description

Summary
The Recruitment Manager role is to oversee, manage and deliver all recruitment activities for NEOM Education, Research & Innovation Sector (ERI). Responsibilities
• Manage end to end recruitment process for the various departments within ERI.
• Develop, drive, and execute the recruitment strategies that support NEOM ERI sector.
• Drive innovative strategies and ensure best in class service.
• Maintain contact and engage with applicants to the Sector throughout the recruitment cycle and recording in Recruitment systems.
• Interact and build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment and strategy, consultation, and education.
• Work closely with NEOM leaders to drive diverse, new thinking recruitment practices and strategies.
• Provide regular updates and routine reports to key stakeholders and sector leadership on recruitment progress.
• Manage the implementation of the annual workforce plan, including headcount and phasing of the sector vacancies.
• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive hiring in order to meet business objectives.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to ensure NEOM moves closer to realizing a New Future
• Compile, analyze and capture recruitment insights from data to support business decisions. Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years experience in recruitment, exposure to broader HR roles is an advantage.
• Experience within the Higher Education industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with maintaining effective relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Extensive talent acquisition experience, and the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
• Knowledge of both Saudi and international recruitment practices
• Demonstrated involvement partnering with business leaders.
• Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders.
