We re looking for a hybrid General Manager/Senior Sales Leader with expertise in IT service solution sales to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
You will have an opportunity to work with the best-in-class engineering, digital innovation and design teams supporting you to shape service offerings. As a General Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering growth through expansion of current customers as well as leveraging existing market knowledge and network to cultivate new opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor in the KSA, offering consultative solutions
• Take responsibility for the unit s go-to-market strategy and act as the key contributor to the region s growth plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technology-focused transformation projects
• Assess client opportunities, generate/respond to RFPs, create proposals and establish senior client relationships with the support of sales, pre-sales and delivery teams
• Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and lead transitions from sales to delivery
• Stay informed about current trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies (with focus on KSA region) in which our clients operate and offer clarity in how these affect our clients businesses and initiatives
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize practice growth within local industries
• Align with Business Unit goals, supporting company financial objectives, including revenue and profit targets
Requirements
• 13 years + of demonstrable expertise in IT services and clients in the region within a sales function
• Deep industry experience in trend-setting, digital and innovative technology leadership roles or equivalent from a recognized consultancy
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
• Leadership ability with a willingness to lead and recruit teams
• Gravitas and personal credibility with senior executives
• Proven ability to manage consulting engagements or digital innovation transformation programs
• Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills and a commitment to diversity
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
• This position is open to all eligible candidates, however, possessing Saudi Arabian citizenship could be an advantage due to the nature of the role
