Job Description:
Savola Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home in Jeddah, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office management and possess a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate daily office operations remotely - Oversee administrative staff and ensure they are completing tasks effectively - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Handle budgeting and expense tracking for office supplies and equipment - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Manage office communication and correspondence - Ensure smooth communication between different departments within the organization - Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes - Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all staff
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in office
