Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team at Panda Retail Company in Jeddah, SA. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our online operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage product listings and ensure accuracy of information on the company website - Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth - Coordinate with various departments such as marketing and inventory management to ensure timely updates and promotions - Collaborate with customer service team to resolve any issues related to online orders - Assist in the implementation of new online initiatives and strategies to improve efficiency and profitability - Conduct regular quality checks on product images, descriptions, and pricing - Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online operations - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work independently - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms - Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus
