Job Description:
As an Online Personal Assistant at Sipchem in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing virtual administrative support to our executives and employees. You will play a crucial role in helping to streamline our operations and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements 3. Handle confidential information with discretion 4. Assist with drafting emails, reports, and other correspondence 5. Conduct research and compile information as needed 6. Provide virtual support during meetings and conferences 7. Assist with personal tasks such as booking appointments and managing personal schedules 8. Maintain accurate records and files 9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow 10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 4 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 6. Passionate and driven attitude 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 8. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
