Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Medina, SA. The Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in monitoring and managing day-to-day operations, including but not limited to order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. 2. Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 3. Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Assist in resolving operational issues and finding creative solutions to problems. 5. Support in the implementation of new processes and systems. 6. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed. 7. Participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field. 3. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
