Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Bawan Company in Riyadh, SA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 2. Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. 4. Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals. 5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team. 7. Identify and implement cost-saving measures. 8. Prepare and present reports on operational performance. 9. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proven track record of improving operational processes. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. 8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
