Operations Manager

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Manage day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and logistics - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to ensure a high level of performance and morale - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and streamline operations - Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to drive profitability - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Proven experience in strategic planning and execution - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Experience with budgeting and financial management - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
