Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Jeddah, SA. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and streamline processes - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving company goals - Manage and support a team of operations staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of projects and services - Oversee budgeting and financial management of operational activities - Maintain a high standard of quality in all operational processes and procedures - Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a related role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving - Ability to work collaboratively and foster a culture of innovation and cooperation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
