Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Mecca, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization - Manage a team of remote employees, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed - Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase profitability - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and other key metrics for senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 7 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational goals - Resilient, confident, and emotionally intelligent - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
