Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 8 years of experience in operations management and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all processes are running smoothly - Manage a team of remote employees and provide leadership and support as needed - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication across departments - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous growth and success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in operations management - Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resilient personality traits - Experience with people management and fostering teamwork - Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
