Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Mecca, SA. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance. 2. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment and achieve company goals. 5. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 7. Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. 8. Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership and management skills. 4. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 5. Critical thinking and teamwork skills. 6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
