Job Description:
Al Tazaj is seeking a motivated and independent Virtual Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing projects, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. 2. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. 3. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. 4. Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines. 5. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents. 6. Assist in organizing events and meetings, including booking venues and coordinating logistics. 7. Provide general administrative support to team members as needed. 8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 6. Confidence in presenting ideas and information. 7. Project management skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
