The Sales Account Manager - IT will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Qualifications Strong customer satisfaction and account management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Experience in lead generation Knowledge of IT systems and technology Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience : minimum 2 Years in selling network solutions
