Tyrezone is the wholesale division deals with B2B sales in the tyre, battery and accessories segment. In UAE, Tyrezone is currently operating sales offices in six locations with large central warehouse in Dubai Industrial City. In UAE, Tyrezone distributes Toyo, Jinyu, Maxxis, BF Goodrich & Chao yang brand of tyres and Panasonic, GS and Asahi battery range.آ Tyrezone is expanding the similar operation to Saudi Arabia in partnership with new brandsTo assist sales team & handle day-to-day branch sales and operation jobs.
. To assist in achieving budgeted sales & gross margin target though proper support and co-ordination with sales staff and with proactive approach towards handling customers enquiries, quotations and follow-ups thereof
. To attend counter customers and contribute to sales.
. Preparing monthly payment follow-up sheet and following with sales staff and customers,
. Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangements and coordination with warehouse team.
. Arrange and send warranty tyres & batteries to warehouse with details for inspection/settlement.
. Timely managing office administration functions viz. Cheque postings, Inventory control, Bank cash/cheque deposit, Petty cash handling and functions thereof with zero discrepancy.
. Interaction and co-ordination with head office and other branches.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following: *
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:آ آ Graduate / Diploma in related field

Minimum Experience:آ 2 - 3 years sales support experience in tyres & batteries.

Job-Specific Skills:آ MS Office.
