Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Job Description

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing quotations, and closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, operations management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Arabic is a must
