Job Description: We are currently hiring for young, dynamic Sales Specialist/ Executives for a leading Telecom Company in KSA.
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor all traditional trade (TT) (or direct distribution) operations in Eastern region districts, monitor sales performance and identify traditional trade sales improvement initiatives
Ensure product availability monitoring and coordination with Wholesale Account Management in case of wholesaler issues
Provide logistical follow-up support for the TT POSs in the Eastern districts and ensure products availability at all TT points of sales
Support TT account managers in developing sales plans by providing input regarding their managed accounts
Drive the digitisationof the distribution channels (EVD)
Execute of sales initiatives to acquire, retain and grow TT customer base
Ensure realistic and accurate estimation of sales opportunities in the pipeline and present sales
updates to the GM Regional Sales
Provide input to Management in development of sales strategy and plan for own districts
Analyse regional data to generate insights or trends, and implements strategy to bridge the gaps.
Collect feedback from customers in order to review strategy and maximize customer satisfaction
Analyse sales and demographic data, identify and analyse trends to forecast future supply and
demand
Regular monitoring of Sales target on Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual basis
Keep up with Market trends and Sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduate or +1 year of relevant experience
Salary - Upto SAR 3400
