Overview of the role:

To amend jobcards and invoices in the system and providing account information variations to workshop supervisor. To prepare daily Labour Analysis and report to the national Service Manager. To manage the workshop store operations and exercise control on receipts, issues and storage of materials, consumables, and tools.  Perform workshop administration as required in the respective branch. To control job flow to appropriately skilled technicians maximizing on time completion, testing, washing and minimizing down time while ensuring all resources used are posted to the job card.

What you will do:

• Clerical Functions and maintain Personnel and Administrative records and procedures.
• Amending computer jobcards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
• Preparing all external and internal jobcards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
• Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
• Arranging daily workshop performance report.
• Prepare incentive computation and claim form as per the daily time sheet.
• Ensure all vehicle repairs to be of BYD Quality
• Achieve customer satisfaction by on-time completion of vehicle repairs or service. 
• Ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.

Required skills to be successful:
•    Write and Speak English fluently, is computer literate and possess driving skills.
•    Has a strong problem-solving skill and inter-personal skills 
•    Microsoft Office Proficient 

•     Planning and Organizing 

About the Team:
Reporting to Aftersales Manager, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy Aftersales environment.

3 -5  years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent
