Position Summary/Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities

• Identifies system enhancements, documents business needs and determines development impact to current processes.
• Demonstrates knowledge in all systems, processes and data relating to the assigned business or project.
• Directs and supervises all support resources for the coordination and development of contract metrics, project presentations and project assignments.
• Understands the functions supported by the current systems.
• Provides technical expertise and drives process improvement initiatives to achieve measurable productivity results that translate to financial benefits.
• Acts as team leader for large or complex projects.
• Meets regularly with strategic business partners to review current challenges, uncover root causes, recommend course correction, and implement strategies to support implementation effectiveness based on feedback.
• Leads and/or monitors design and execution of key process improvement, problem prevention and customer experience initiatives to achieve Performance Plan objectives.
• Maintains a moderate understanding/knowledge of Operations and all supported businesses.
• Designs, implements, analyzes, monitors or supports special projects that integrate with key business objectives.
• Develop new product and service oriented strategies
• Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
• Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization
• Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of experience in related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of processes, critical issues associated with coordinating multiple IT functions, with resources, product and the industry to provide input into the prioritization of desired features.
• Track and manage business requirements with data flows, practices, procedures and principles of performance analysis, benchmarking and audit compliance.
• Making capabilities of managing team.
• License or Certification for Principal Business Analyst would be a plus.
• Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Administration, Education, Technical, Finance, MBA, Information Technology.
