Roles And Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Understand client business needs, challenges, and goals through active engagement.

Project Management: Assist in project planning, defining project scope, timeline, and resource requirements. Contribute to project execution and delivery, collaborating closely with the team.

Problem Solving and Analysis : Identify complex business problems and provide strategic solutions.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.

Strategy Development : Assist Project Manager in defining client business strategies, growth plans, and operational improvements. Contribute to actionable insights and recommendations driving organizational change.

Client Presentations : Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, often at the executive level, effectively communicating findings, recommendations, and progress updates.

Operating Model Experience: Design, optimize, and implement effective operating models across various functions. Analyze operating models and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably with 2+ years in a consulting firm.
• Experience with government strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Language Skills : Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Arabic proficiency required for delivering and presenting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities.
• Client-Focused Approach : Deep understanding of client needs and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Project Management Abilities : Experience in managing consulting projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience in Project management, Strategy & Transformation.
