Senior Human Resources Officer

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or related field. Certificates or advanced training courses in human resources management are preferred. Experience in human resources is also preferred.

Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: A deep understanding of labor and employment-related laws and regulations, such as labor laws, social security, and human resources policies.

Communication and cooperation skills: The ability to communicate effectively and deal with employees at different levels and understand their needs.
