Site Engineer (IT) - Riyadh Information Technology

Responsibility:

Provide general technical & IT support for the OSO team

Execute system testing

Take over the technical part of smart systems from Developers/Vendors after development phase

Optimize the system based on user tickets, KPI, and expert input (collaborating with Service Operations Specialists)

Other responsibilities related to technical & operational support

Qualification:

Relevant experience: 3 years and above

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields

More than three years of relevant product development experience, and familiar with the use of testing tools in the development process

Experience in smart solution project delivery, strong problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills
