Job Description - Specialist Personal Services

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Specialist Personal Services to join their company.

 

Job Summary

The Specialist, Personal Services will be having to coordinate and provide administrative services related to travel 

& ticketing, medical insurance, housing, transportation, Issue of letters, and processing of government related 

transactions such as Iqama, Visa, work permits etc. in accordance with the client's policies and procedures. This position 

is also responsible for facilitating transactions such as leave, final exits etc.

 

 

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for ticketing transactions for approved travel on account of business & training, leave and separations.
  • To ensure accurate and timely medical insurance cover for all concerned employees, telecom service providers ensuring accurate and timely updating.
  • To facilitate the timely processing of medical insurance claims.
  • To make hotel bookings for approved travel and liaise with the hotel for the necessary arrangements.
  • Coordinates with the service providers to ensure effective functioning of the telephone, mobile and  internet services. 
  • Responsible for processing transactions.
  • To handle transactions relating to car rentals for business purposes.
  • Responsible for the issue and control of company mobile phones and sim cards.
  • To collate, check and review vendor invoices related to ticketing, hotels, medical insurance, telephones etc.
  • To ensure that all transactions are in conformance with the client's policy and procedures,
  • To review, process and ensure that leave requests are in accordance with the company policy.
  • To prepare the settlement/no dues clearances for employees on final exit/leave travel.
  • To ensure completion of clearance formalities for employees separating from the services of the company in accordance with company policies 

Requirements

  • Saudi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 1-2 years experience.
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellence skills
  • Advanced level of Arabic language (written and spoken)
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
