JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Store Manager in Exclusive Luxury Barberia to join a high luxury context in the world of grooming and customer service. They will be responsible for high-level services and transmitting the art of barbitonsors and personal care. The Store Manager keeps salons running smoothly and fosters an environment where employees enjoy working and clients receive top-notch service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage a portfolio of premium clients, offering in-depth consultations and personalized advice on hair cutting and care.
● Maintain an impeccable, high-level work environment, offering personalized service with attention to detail.
● Be a brand ambassador and represent the image and distinctive style of the luxury barber shop. ● Collaborate with the team to ensure a flawless and world-class salon experience for international clients.
● Ensure the policies and procedures are followed by staff.
● Control the schedule of appointments & manage bookings.
● Assist clients with their questions and provide advice on products.
● Stock inventory on a monthly basis. Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements as established by the company.
● Promote and sell services and products, including recommending and selling additional services and /or retail products which will enhance and improve the customer's image and contribute to the customer's satisfaction with services performed.
● Develop and maintain local business relationships.
● Manage day-to-day operations of a barber shop.
● Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude.
● Recruit, hire and train staff.
● Manage customer service, generate sales and drive profit.
● Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
● Organise staff rotas and manage payroll.
● Keep up to date with the latest trends in barbering and implement new services.
● Perform administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering stock and maintaining records.
Competencies Requirement (Qualifications and Experiences):
● 3 years of experience as a Store Manager at Barberia.
● In-depth knowledge of international trends in the beauty industry and ability to interpret and adapt trends to customers.
● High standing, with a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
● Fluent knowledge of the English language to communicate with an international clientele.
● Ability to handle premium clientele in a discreet and professional manner. Personal Skills: ● Organisational skills.
