Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and targets.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Track and analyze the industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the OKRS, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Monitor and analyze performance data to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on performance trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Develop strategic project plans in collaboration with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives.

Ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

+ 3 years experience in strategic, performance project management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and execute complex project plans preferably in a consulting firm, with a focus on strategy and performance management.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information related to OKRs and KPIs to diverse audiences.

Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and leading cross-functional teams.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in strategy and performance management software and tools; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
