Supply Chain Applications Project Manager

Job Description

Support Nahdi’s business areas by ensuring that requirements set forth are captured, documented and properly analyzed for the purpose of providing IT solutions as well as maintaining system integrity and consistency.

Accountabilities

Business Systems Solution:

• Identify business systems solution requirements by interviewing users; analyzing work processes and operations; establishing solution objectives; evaluating information systems functionality to identify gaps and measure the so solution impact on business operations.
• Provide business systems solutions by identifying and evaluating options, preparing functional specifications, producing project and feasibility and costing in order to ensure Nahdi’s understanding of the feasibility of the business systems solution decision.
• Lead and manage the business systems development and implementation by liaising with the supplier, managing the delivery plan, the implementation phases, the testing…etc. to ensure solutions are delivered as per the agreed upon plan.
• Verify business systems solutions by creating test plans and scripts; conducting deployment testing, and coordinating with users to get acceptance and manage process change with them to ensure the proper delivery of the system to the user.

Training:

• Provide Training to the super users on the new systems in case contractor’s agreement does not include training, to ensure availability of a full-time, non-IT administrator to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

• Days off                           : 2 Days Off
• Working Hours                : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirement

Education 

• Bachelor’s Degree 

Experience

• 5 Years of Experience in Information Systems  

Computer Skills

• MS Office Suite 
• BL-SQL
