Job Description - Technical support manager

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field.
Experience in IT support, including supervisory or management experience.
communication skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.
Ability to guide and direct the technical support team and provide technical guidance and training when necessary.
Technical knowledge:

Deep understanding of IT, operating systems and networks.
Knowledge of software and applications used in IT support.
Problem solving ability:

Ability to analyze and diagnose technical problems and provide effective and quick solutions.
