Transportation marketer

Job description:

- A transportation marketer with at least 3 years of experience is required to work in the city of Dammam mission:
- Prepare and implement marketing plans: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and strengthen existing business relationships with existing customers
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing customized services that meet those needs
- Conduct market research: follow current trends in the transportation market, analyze competitors, and use this information to identify opportunities and challenges
- Promoting services: Designing and implementing effective promotional campaigns for the services provided by the company, including social media and advertisements
- Follow up on customer satisfaction: Follow up on customers’ reactions to the services provided and work to improve the experience according to their comments and suggestions
