• Job Title: Web Methods Admin
• Location: Jubail, KSA
• JD :

• Leading the interfaces team and working on:
• § Upgrading webMethods and its components from lower environments to Higher environments
• § From 9.8 to 9.12, 9.12 to 10.5 and 10.5 to 10.11
• § Upgrading the OS of webMethods SQL physical servers from 2012 to 2016 as well as in upgrading the SQL Server from 2016 to 2019.
• § Various middleware concepts, such as messaging, application integration, data and service integration.
• § Applications servers, DB servers.
• § Software AG webMethods Integration Server, MWS, Terracotta, API Gateway, API Portal, CentraSite, Cloud Streams, Software AG webMethods Nirvana (Universal Messaging).
• § Adapters, specifically, experience with Software AG webMethods JDBC adapters, SAP, HDFS.
• § Authentication and Authorization mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, API Key, SSL Pinning, Two-way SSL etc.
• § Development framework/technologies, specifically, knowledge of XML/XSLT, JSON, Web Services (REST/SOAP, WSDL, OData).
• § Structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications with development framework/technologies, specifically Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Lead the API Management rollout plan and migrate critical mobile and web applications.
• Lead the vendor and risk assessments, resolve any critical findings.
• Lead the critical DR Failover test activity and test all the critical system within the target KPI, as outlined in the Business Continuity Plan.
• Lead the critical external and internal Audit and ensure the servers, applications are 100% complained.
• Provide installation, configuration, administration, maintenance (Fix installations, Patches), applying vulnerability fixes, management and support of all Software AG webMethods components, including, Integration Server (IS), Adapter(s), My webMethods Server (MWS), Nirvana (UM), Command Central, Terracotta in multiple environments (Development, Quality, Production and DR).
• Primarily support sustainment operations including directly troubleshooting production issues of deployed webMethods based solutions.
• React quickly to system failures, minimizing system downtime.
• Secondarily support full life cycle (including the Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy phases) development of join custom and packaged webMethods based solutions.
• Work across teams to ensure the highest-level platform performance, availability and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain of documentation for supported systems including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, failure response procedures (FRP), disaster recovery procedures (DRP), and operations acceptance package (OAP).
• Observe each department's operations and interview employees to determine necessary changes.
• Conduct periodic department reviews and suggest areas of improvement.
• Recommend new business operations, systems and policies.
• Create written reports or presentations to make recommendations to managers.
• Anticipate and communicate project risks and find solutions for them.
• Act as a client's trusted advisor in an area of expertise.
