Architectural Draftsman

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Architectural Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. Your attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards and regulations, and ability to work collaboratively with architects and engineers will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
3. Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
4. Review and revise drawings as necessary, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
5. Coordinate with other members of the design team to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
6. Maintain a comprehensive library of drawings, templates, and other design resources.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, new software, and best practices in architectural drafting.

Preferred Candidate:

1. 1-3 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
3. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other team members.
6. Good communication skills and ability to effectively present and explain design ideas.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.

Skills
