BIM Engineer - Design

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a talented BIM Engineer to join our team as part of the Design department. As a BIM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design process and ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and workflows. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop BIM models and integrate BIM processes into the design workflow
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models, adhering to project standards and specifications
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve clashes and conflicts
• Produce high-quality design documentation and drawings from BIM models
• Assist in the coordination and management of project information and data in the BIM environment
• Maintain a strong understanding of BIM software and industry best practices, and provide guidance and support to team members
• Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 Years of provien experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
• Solid knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams and resolving clashes
• Strong technical skills in generating detailed design documentation and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards and regulations is a plus
