Company Description:Front End, headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is an innovative investment and development firm with operations spanning oil field services, renewable energy, marine infrastructure, and more. The company focuses on sustainable growth, delivering safe and reliable project solutions, and enhancing client operations with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager in KSA, you will drive the expansion of our diverse portfolio, particularly in the marine and subsea sectors for renewable energy and nearshore construction projects. This full-time, on-site role demands a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of the KSA market, capable of engaging and growing our business across all lifecycle phases of offshore wind, oil, and gas sectors. Offshore construction experience is a must and full knowledge of this domain.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain new client relationships, identifying and reporting on business opportunities.Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts, ensuring alignment with bid strategies and project delivery standards.Lead in-country business initiatives for offshore marine related projects, driving performance and organizational growth within the offshore wind and other sectors.Serve as the primary point of contact for sales, coordinating sales activities and expanding customer relationships.Attend client meetings as the organization's representative, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground.Implement work processes and coordinate activities with customers and your direct manager.Develop business cases and strategies based on the offshore wind sector, presenting analyses and insights.Assist in establishing a local organizational presence when appropriate.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within relevant industries (e.g., offshore energy, oil and gas).Proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Arabic is a plus.Experience with project management and strategic planning; PMP, CPSM, PMI certifications or an MBA is desirable.Additional Qualifications:Strong understanding of the Middle East business environment and culture.Established network in the offshore wind industry is beneficial but not mandatory.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and maintain strong client relationships.Goal-oriented, results-driven mindset with a commercial and strategic approach to business development.
