Civil/Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil/Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing civil and structural engineering solutions for oil and gas projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and make a significant impact in the industry. Responsibilities: - Develop detailed designs and drawings for civil and structural components of oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Conduct structural analysis and calculations to assess the integrity and strength of designed structures. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil and structural designs with other engineering disciplines. - Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications. - Participate in site visits and inspections to assess the implementation and performance of civil and structural designs. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards, incorporating innovative and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a reputable institution. - Proven experience in civil and structural design within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and best practices. - Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical engineering solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - A proactive and results-driven approach, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering designs. - Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards related to civil and structural engineering in the oil and gas sector.
