Description

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager and Specification Writer to join our team. As Compliance Manager and Specification Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and regulations across our projects. In addition, you will play a crucial role in developing accurate and comprehensive project specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in compliance management, technical writing, and construction industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and regulations Develop and update compliance documentation, including policies and procedures Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance issues Collaborate with project teams to develop corrective action plans Manage and maintain compliance databases and records Review and analyze project specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness Research and keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards Write clear and concise project specifications based on client requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of specifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 15+ years of experience in compliance management and specification writing Thorough knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards Experience in conducting compliance audits and inspections Excellent technical writing and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using specification writing software Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Certifications in compliance management or technical writing is a plus Proficient in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
