About the Role:
Corporate Communications:
Develop external communication content, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements, following guidelines from department stakeholders, to ensure uniform messaging and consistent representation of the brand across internal and external communication channels, resulting in enhanced brand perception.
Foster active company participation and representation in selected events, resulting in increased visibility and engagement within the industry.
Craft internal communication content aligned with guidelines from the HR department and change management initiatives, establishing transparent and inclusive communication channels for employees to voice concerns, ask questions, and provide feedback whilst enhancing overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
Conduct comprehensive proofreading and translation reviews (including Arabic, English, and other relevant languages) for all corporate communication content to create accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the company's language standards and messaging objectives, contributing to improved communication effectiveness.
Collaborate with external design teams when necessary to create visually compelling materials, enhancing the overall impact and professionalism of corporate communications.
Develop and implement impactful crisis communication strategies based on established policies, effectively addressing potential issues to facilitate the organization's ability to navigate crises successfully, mitigating potential damage.
Assist the Marketing and Communication Associate Director in actively communicating the Company vision, mission, values, and culture throughout the transition period, facilitating change management. Utilize strategic communication to construct a unified narrative that aligns stakeholders with the Company evolving identity.

Public Relations:
Serve as the primary contact for all external inquiries and media interactions, cultivating and preserving a positive company image, leading to improved external relationships and reputation.
Organize and plan press releases and conferences to communicate with the general public and develop and maintain a good public image.
Direct day-to-day media relations/media requests to share issues, increase chat interactions, and provide value to Company vendors and customers.
Plan and manage protocol activities such as invitation distribution, attendance tracking, the arrival and departure monitoring of Company Very Important Person (VIP) guests to control events and press releases.
Oversee meet and greet activities of high-profile individuals/VIP guests to expand company network and develop mutually beneficial relationships with media representatives, investors, partners, and/or clients.
Manage the alignment of internal and external communications and the support provided to top management in public communications to create consistency and effectiveness of communications.
Implement a broad range of public relations, media relations, and government communication programs through multiple channels to increase visibility and positively position the company with respect to external audiences, while ensuring alignment with communication guidelines.
Advise and support stakeholders internally on the PR and communication guidelines to ensure that all communication material developed internally adheres to the stipulated standards.
Qualifications/Requirements :
A minimum of 4 years of related experience is required in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any business-related discipline.
Fluent in English.
