Job Context:

The Events Manager oversees the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences. As an Events Manager, you will:

1. Plan, organize, and execute various events from start to finish.
2. Manage event logistics, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
4. Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up, staffing, and attendee management.
5. Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
6. Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
7. Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event execution.
10. Lead and motivate event staff to achieve objectives and deliver high-quality experiences.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field.
• Proven experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event logistics.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and other event partners.
• Strong leadership skills to oversee event staff and volunteers.
• Creativity in developing event themes, programs, and experiences.
