Role Details

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable who is proficient in Pronto for a temporary 4-week assignment. The role will be starting on 24th April and finishing on 19 th May, based in our client s head office in Osborne Park. Our client offers services to the Offshore, Onshore, Marine and Construction industries throughout Australia and Southeast Asia .

Role Requirements and Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working in your field

Australian working rights passport or birth certificate

Entering invoices and matching to PO receipt

Entering non-PO invoices attention to coding

Entering invoices with FX Rates and various currency attention to detail

Exporting commitment reports

Creating batch payments & ABA files

Bank reconciliations

Manual cash payments AUD (Petty cash/credit card/direct debits)

Manual cash payments with FX rates
