HSEQ Manager

Job Description:
Our client is a well-established project management company in Saudi Arabia. They are committed to creating sustainable and affordable housing solutions for middle-income families. Their projects are designed with environmentally friendly practices in mind, incorporating energy-efficient features and promoting community living.
They are looking for an HSEQ Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality management systems for real estate projects. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.
Main Objectives:
• Develop, implement, and manage the HSEQ management systems for real estate projects.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations, industry standards, and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Implement measures to minimize environmental impact and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay abreast of HSEQ-related regulations and ensure projects comply with local, regional, and international standards.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Conduct risk assessments for HSEQ aspects and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs for project teams.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on incident investigations.
• Prepare regular reports on HSEQ performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 10+ Years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or any related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HSEQ role, preferably in real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CSSHC - GBCI - NEBOSH - IOSH - ISO)
• In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
