HVAC/MEP Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC/MEP Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the field. As an HVAC/MEP Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that all mechanical systems meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop HVAC and MEP systems for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
2. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the existing mechanical systems and identify any necessary upgrades or repairs.
3. Create detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications for the mechanical systems.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that the mechanical systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall building design.
5. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the most efficient and cost-effective mechanical systems for each project.
6. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of the mechanical systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team during the installation and maintenance of the mechanical systems.
8. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with the mechanical systems, and implement necessary repairs or modifications.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in HVAC and MEP technology, and incorporate them into the design and development of the mechanical systems.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. 1-5 years of experience in designing and developing HVAC and MEP systems.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
9. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Skills
