The Integration and Interface Director will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among all stakeholders involved in the projects. Responsibilities

Develop and implement the integration and interface strategy for the projects to ensure seamless coordination and alignment. Lead and manage the integration and interface activities, including design, construction, operation, and maintenance. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and government agencies, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Identify, assess, and manage risks related to integration and interface issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and procedures. Oversee the use of project management tools and systems to support integration and interface activities. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 20 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration and interface management. Proven experience in managing complex integration and interface challenges in large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.* PMP certification is a plus.
