Job Description

• Prepare detailed MEP and infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback, changes, and site conditions during the design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, infrastructure engineers, project managers, and site engineers to resolve design issues and clarify requirements.
• Ensure drawings are produced within established timelines and meet quality standards.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for reference and record-keeping.
• Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in MEP and infrastructure drafting and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman, with a focus on MEP and infrastructure projects in the GCC region.
