JASARA PMC, a renowned Program Management Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director for Infrastructure projects. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliver customized solutions. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Monitor project progress, evaluate risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, with a focus on large-scale projects. Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality constraints. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage project teams and foster a positive work environment. Sound understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards. Proficient in project management software and tools.* Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
