We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our project management team for our Projects in K.S.A. If you possess strong leadership and management skills, along with a proven track record in successfully delivering construction projects in K.S.A, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Should have good knowledge and experience in all local authority approvals and its procedures in K.S.A.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling expenditures.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years in K.S.A as Project Manager).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Project Management certification (PMP) is an added advantage.
