Project Manager - EPC Construction

BTGC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead our EPC construction projects within the power plant sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 professionals to ensure project success.
  
• Oversee all aspects of EPC construction projects in power plants.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
  
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to project task achievement.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
  
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) construction, specifically within the power plant sector.
  
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  
• Required: Membership in the Saudi Engineering Council.
  
• Required: Iqama ID as an Engineer.
