Project Manager - Landscaping

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of proven expertise in construction management, specifically within landscaping programs, ideally in a consultancy setting. As a Project Manager at WSP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within the Construction Management Office (CMO) in Riyadh.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns and ensuring project objectives are met or exceeded.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in project management within construction consultancies.
• Extensive experience in managing landscaping programs or similar construction projects is essential.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
