QA/QC Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree or have demonstrated experience in QA/QC management, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. This role is critical for ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications.
• Oversee all aspects of QA processes, including the development of quality plans, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise QC activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation, to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet specified requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of internal processes and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to project teams on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including inspection reports, test results, and audit findings.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Evaluate and qualify vendors and subcontractors to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or engineering industry.
• Member of a relevant professional engineering institution.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in QA/QC methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
